Managing Director
Having been at Chesman Motorsport since leaving school and eventually taking over, Stephen has gained over 34 years experience in the industry. Since owning Chesmans, Stephen has taken the company to greater things, venturing into manufacturing parts. Stephen as never wanted to become stagnant, always growing the business and the Chesman Motorsport capabilities.

Chris O'Toole
Engineer and Director of CS Classic Parts
Chris O'Toole has been in the industry for more than 34 years. Chris currently works at Chesman Motorsport as our specialist in static and dynamic balancing, as well as pressure testing and ceramic sealing. Chris is also co-director of CS Classic Parts, along with Stephen.
Keith Johnson
Pattern Maker
Time served master pattern maker Keith joined the team in 2011, bringing with him over 44 years experience of pattern making. Keith has enabled Chesman Motorsport to have an on-site pattern workshop. Keith has made all kinds of pattern equipment, but has always specialised in pattern equipment for motorsport and automotive parts.
Will Millner
Port and Polisher
Working for Chesman Motorsport for over 5 years, Will has gained experience and a reputation for his porting and polishing. At Chesman Motorsport all of our porting and polishing is carried out manually by Will, with customers travelling from great distances to get his magic touch.
Chris Pearson
Manager
Chris grew up around the factory at Chesman Motorsport and from a young age took an interest in the motorsport world. After leaving school, Chris studied Motorsport Engineering for 4 years before joining the team. Chris has spent time learning about each area of the Chesman workshop, and the wide variety of engines that pass through. Chris will be the port of call for any customer inquiries along with workshop manager Ray Howse.

Ray Howse
Workshop Manager
Ray Howse has been in the engineering industry for over 25 years serving most of his time at Chesman Motorsport. Ray specialises in all cylinder heads, completing the majority of our cylinder head machining.Ray prides himself in being a strategic worker, organizing time wisely. Along with Chris Pearson, Ray will be the port of call for any customer inquiries.
John McDonald
CNC Engineer
Working at Chesman Motorsport since leaving school, John has gained more than 30 years experience within the motorsport engineering industry. Over the years John has machined and helped develop numerous engines for customers of Chesman Motorsport.
Carl Dawson
Engineer
Carl has worked for Chesman Motorsport since leaving school, starting as an apprentice gaining academic acknowledgment and experience. Carl was the Midlands Apprentice of the Year 2006 and Midlands Advance Apprentice of the Year 2007. Carl specialises in boring and honing with over 15 years experience behind him.
